Welcome To The Library

Currently the downloads are disabled, as they've been hit hard by slop-bots. Were they up, you'd be able to follow along as below. Until the Vac susses out a solution, alas, only apologies can be made. They are heartfelt.

Where possible, multiple sources were provided, and some are still available –
On Itch, which costs you money, and digital formats elsewhere, with prices varying by provider. Some books will also be available for pay-what-you-want as well: The Vac generally suggests that a $5 starting point is pretty decent for eBooks, but will accept more, less, random notes, art supplies, or pretty much anything else you can think of that’s legal. If you’re not sure – ask. Physical copies are currently egregiously expensive, and many are out of print, but some can be found on Amazon.

Why make downloads available? The Vac stands with the
Baen Free Library’s stance on promotion and sharing. So long as you’re not reselling, profiting from derivative works, or claiming the work as your own, share it and read it to your heart’s content – when you share the work, that puts it in front of more people.

The Vac asks that you link back to this page when you share, and that you pass people digital files personally rather than hosting them somewhere. Personally passing files specifically includes permission to torrent. If you wish to excerpt as per fair use, let the Vac know you did so should that be convenient and it’ll be happy. Note that permission to share does not cover cases where the Vac isn’t the sole author. As such, Knocking at the Door is not up for sharing.

Bibliography currently offline, but a somewhat gappy version can be found on
Goodreads.
